Foggy Windows can be described in several ways:

The first step is to determine if the condensation is on the inside or outside of the unit. Moisture on the outside of the glass can be removed with a cloth.

Helpful Hint
If condensation is repeatedly appearing on the outside of a new window or a window that doesn't appear to moisture on the inside, look for a heat duct or vent near the window. An air deflector (purchased at any hardware store for a few dollars) placed over the heater duct or vent will deflect the heat source away from the IGU and might be a simple solution to your problem.
